Integrella Leadership Club - Next Meeting 18th May 2011
The next Integrella Leadership Club will be held at the Integrella offices 34 South Molton Street, Mayfair, London W1K 5RG.
This event is open to business and IT leaders in the finacial services sector. Suppliers will not be present in order to facilitate a relaxed open discussion under Chatham House Rule.

Whilst a thorough analysis of current processes and requirements to determine operational risk and performance is required, it has always seemed strange that very few lessons have been learned from the increasing number of corporate disasters that have been well documented over the last 20 years.
We have seen copious details of segregation of duties, matrix management structures, funding and independent audit functions but very little in the role that technology, particularly integration programmes could play in preventing th
ese corporate disasters.
This seminar will draw on the practical experience of an Operations Director with first hand experience of one of these disasters and look to offer some simple guidance for integration improvements in this critical area.
As a leading integration consultancy Integrella work with many organisations to support delivery of complex end to end processing across many countries and would like to open this debate.
